Are all ballet turns (flat ballet slippers--NO POINTE) done on the ball of the foot?
Yes every turn in ballet, unless a choreographer wants to do one on the heel or something, is done on the ball of the foot. However, the dancer may or may not be in a high releve for the turn. For instance in some pas de basque you are on a flat foot in plie, but your weight is on the ball of your foot, and also in promenade you can be on a flat foot with weight on the ball of your foot. So basically every turn you are on the ball of the foot, but you might not always be en releve. In pique turns you roll through your toes to your just on a high releve, you don't keep you toes pointed, and in chaines you are on a high half point the whole time, the toes never pointe completely
What did Joachim Piper mean when he said "Stride with a proud disdain by the Lake of human inadmissibility."?
I found it as a quote with no context. I'm thinking it means wear your status as outcast with pride and loathe those ostracize you, but that seems like an awkward phrase, at least in its English translation.
Do you think signing David De Gea is a good idea at all?
Only time will tell but he looks like a promising keeper. I would mind him at the Lane to tell the truth. He's only twenty and he managed to make Spain's provisional thirty-man squad for the WC.
Was ok with PORN now Im not.?
Good Lord woman, you really don't know a thing about men. They are VISUAL creatures; they like to look and watch. Why do you think there are Playboy and Hustler, XXX rated movies, and tons of internet porn and sexual chat rooms? They like to see a good looking naked woman. They don't expect to call Ginger Lee or whoever and make a date, they just look and as he said, imagine himself doing the same stuff, probably with you. That's what makes men and women so different; they like to LOOK and are VISUAL; women are more emotional and focused on the man they love and are with. They don't necessarily need porn although lots of women look at it. If a guy is looking at porn occasionally, I can understand that, but if is taking the place of normal sex with you or he is doing it compulsively (at work, for hours on end, spending money on it, etc) then you are dealing with addiction to porn and you should see a marriage counselor about it. Good luck and I hope it all works out.
Pique took memories from Wembley by removing the net...?

How to slow down a pony's trot.?
I have gotten into a business deal with a lady I've known for years. We are selling a 14 hh Trakhener/Welsh cross. I had ridden him for her a few years ago, so I am familiar with him. He is very talented to be such an underdog. He's gone through training level eventing and he is really talented in dressage. However, there are two problems with our flatwork. 1) Since he is a pony, he does have very short, choppy strides when he trots. How can I help this? I have tried pushing him forward with my leg and seat, but he just speeds up. I need him to at least slow down his steps. Ideally, we could lengthen them as well. 2) Our canter is fabulous, but unfortunately our canter transitions are not. I can't seem to set him up well for neither the up or down canter transition, but I don't usually have problems doing that with any other horse. He's just very different from the horses I am used to riding.
