How do you tell if your getting "The look"?

If they stare at you more than once. Like, let's say you look at them and you see them staring at you. They'll turn around quickly. If they're with a group of friends, they'll be less shy about it. Wait a few mins and look at them again, if you see them staring at you.. then they're definitely checking you out.
