How come I tend to fall for younger boys?

I did watch in this documentary, The Science of Sex Appeal, that at certain times of a woman's ovulation cycle, she will be more attractive to a feminine-looking male than a masculine looking male. In your case, the younger male looks more feminine. This may or may not be your case. But I'm interested to see other people's answers...
