How do you wash an American Eagle pique polo from 2010?

It`s athletic fit. I know they changed their fits and their style from last year, so yeah. I only have that one polo, so I`m not sure how to wash them properly...is it different than other laundry? I don't want to shrink it. It's blue and white.
