What do you think of this 9th dan black belt?

I think there is definitely something amiss with the apparent rank; he is very young, doesn't look too great during the brief bit of pad work, and is doing pretty mediocre breaks in relative terms. That said, I probably couldn't break his fingernail, so it's not like I don't see his talent.
