I'm in my 30s and I may have to take a menial job as a cashier in a supermarket. Should I take it in stride?

I don't wanna go into the details as to why I'd be taking that job. Depression and anxiety are part of the reason why. But still, I can't help but feel inadequate about getting a job like that, as other people in my age group have achieved a lot of success.
